Recorded live in concert in January 2004, Beyond the Pale’s CONSENSUS features over an hour of exciting acoustic roots music combining traditional influences with a progressive impulse. The CD’s fifteen tracks encompass a wide range of musical moods and styles, including Klezmer, Yiddish, Romanian, and Balkan music, as well as unique genre-bending original compositions. With special guest performances by Josh “Socalled” Dolgin (vocals/piano) and Yeva Medevedyuk (vocals).
